Anja Mølhart Høg leads development of smartRNA, a first-in-class, mutation-agnostic RNA therapeutics platform, designed to restore protein expression across a broad spectrum of genetic diseases. With more than 20 years of experience in RNA therapeutics, she has built deep expertise across platform innovation, drug discovery, and translational development. Prior to smartRNA, Anja served as Chief Development Officer at Heqet Therapeutics and as Chief Technology Officer at Roche Innovation Center Copenhagen, where she led RNA platform development and advanced novel oligonucleotide programs toward clinical translation. She holds a PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Copenhagen and is an inventor on 18 patent filings in oligonucleotide discovery and technology.
