Ashish Garg is currently Director of Engineering at Eli Lilly and Company. He earned his Bachelors & Master of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, and his PhD in from the University of Minnesota. His professional journey began at TEVA Pharmaceuticals, where he developed complex injectable formulations based on liposomes and polymeric microspheres. In 2015, Ashish joined Eli Lilly and Company. His work here has been centered on the development and commercialization of peptides, insulin, and oligonucleotide-based parenteral products. His contributions have led to multiple patents and publications in the field of drug development. Ashish’s motivation is rooted in his desire to directly impact patients’ lives. His multidisciplinary approach, bridging science and engineering, has proven beneficial for both the industry and those in need of medical solutions.
