Christa Else is a proficient regulatory affairs professional and chemist by training, with over two decades of extensive industry experience. Her expertise spans comprehensive CMC strategy for both generic and innovative medicines, covering a broad spectrum from small molecules to advanced new modalities, including peptides and oligonucleotides.

After building a strong foundation in regulatory affairs at Sandoz in Germany, she joined F. Hoffmann-La Roche in Basel, Switzerland in 2016, as a Regulatory Program Director. Throughout her tenure, she successfully transitioned her focus from marketed products and line extensions to early- and late-stage clinical development. She currently oversees a diverse portfolio of oligonucleotide and peptide products, leading complex international submissions
