Elias Post obtained his DPhil in organic chemistry in the group of Prof. Dr. Stephen Fletcher from the University of Oxford in 2020. He started his career at Evotec working on the synthesis of PROTACs and the development of novel ligands targeting E3 ligases. Subsequently, he joined Synaffix where he has managed a team working on several R&D projects. One such project has enabled the conjugation of oligonucleotides to antibodies via the GlycoConnect^TM technology platform to form AOCs with unprecedented in vivo efficacy.
