Florian Mann is a Principal Scientist for RNA Delivery and Non‑Viral Vector Platform Lead at Bayer Pharmaceuticals in Berlin, Germany, and a Bayer Science Fellow. Prior to joining Bayer in 2022, he worked at AstraZeneca, where he contributed to the development of RNA delivery platforms and mRNA-LNP technologies for genome editing applications. Trained as a chemist, Florian has worked across oligonucleotide conjugates, antibody-drug conjugates and nanoparticle-based therapeutics. His current research is focused on extrahepatic delivery of nucleic acid therapeutics through lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and ligand-based conjugates
