Hanson leads the instrumentation business at CSBio, where he oversees the development and production of automated peptide synthesizers for R&D to commercial scale GMP production. Hanson has led the delivery of hundreds of pilot and commercial scale systems globally across pharma, biotech, and CDMOs. He also holds multiple patents in SPPS technologies, including solvent-reduction and process control innovations. Hanson earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine, an M.S. in Medical Device Engineering from USC, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
