Kevin Neumann, PhDAssistant Professor at Radboud UniversitySpeaker
Profile
In 2018, Kevin obtained his PhD at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, under the supervision of Prof. Mark Bradley. After his PhD studies, Kevin joined the group of Prof. Jeffrey Bode as postdoctoral fellow at ETH Zurich, Switzerland. Here, he worked on the total chemical synthesis of proteins. In 2021, Kevin started as an assistant professor at Radboud University in Nijmegen in the Netherlands. His research focuses on understanding the dynamic interactions of biomacromolecules including therapeutic polymers and peptides within complex biological environment. For this propose, his group develops chemical tools and methodologies to access precision synthesized peptide therapeutics and probes.
