Kosh joined Bachem in Torrance, California, following his Ph.D. and postdoctoral training, starting as a Process Development Scientist. During his 7.5 years at Bachem, he progressed through various roles and worked primarily on peptide projects, gaining extensive experience in peptide Research, process development, process optimization, manufacturing, and scale-up. In January 2023, Kosh joined Avidity Biosciences as an Associate Director of Process Development and AOC Manufacturing. He supported the AOC1001 and A1020 oligonucleotide programs, currently with his primary focus on AOC1001. Kosh focuses on developing robust, scalable oligonucleotide manufacturing processes and advancing AOC1001 toward clinical and commercial readiness. He collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across Quality, Analytical Development, Regulatory, and other functions to drive key program milestones, support technology transfer and process validation activities, and prepare for BLA submission.
