Mark Sanseverino is R&D Director, Analytical Services at Agilent Advanced Therapeutics, where he leads analytical validation strategy and execution supporting clinical and commercial oligonucleotide API manufacturing. With more than 25 years of experience in analytical chemistry, bioanalytical sciences, CMC development, and oligonucleotide process development, he has supported programs from discovery through commercialization across therapeutic modalities including ribozymes, aptamers, siRNA, RNAi, and guide RNA technologies. He holds a BS in Biochemistry from Indiana University.
