Mike Webb received his PhD from Imperial College London and spent 36 years working for GSK in the UK where he became vice-president development chemistry and analysis. Since leaving GSK 10 years ago, he has been consulting on CMC matters related to therapeutic oligonucleotide development for a range of large and small biopharmaceutical companies around the world. In addition to his consulting work, he also runs workshops and courses on aspects of oligonucleotide development in the US, Europe and Asia.
