Dr. Nikita Brodyagin, PhDSenior Scientist at Tessera TherapeuticsSpeaker
Profile
Nikita Brodyagin has started his graduate studies in nucleic acid chemistry with Eriks Rozners at Binghamton University in 2015. His initial work was focused on synthesis of amino acid nucleoside monomers for modified siRNA synthesis. He then transitioned to peptide nucleic acid (PNA) related projects where he focused on sequence selective recognition of dsRNA using PNAs with modified nucleobases and backbones. He got his PhD degree in 2021 and joined Tessera Therapeutics right after. At Tessera, Nikita helped to build and establish oligonucleotide group. Currently he leads high throughput team focusing of long synthetic nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) to support Tessera’s RNA Gene Writing programs.
