Tobias works in Technical R&D at Novartis as xRNA Network Lead and CMC Project Lead. He has ten years of experience with oligonucleotide programs, supporting siRNAs, ASOs, sgRNAs, and aptamers during various development stages. Prior to this, Tobias worked on small molecules in different roles at Novartis and Bayer. He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Freiburg (Germany) and completed a PostDoc at Stanford University. Tobias is an active member of the European Pharma Oligonucleotide Consortium (EPOC).
