Yusaku Nomura is a Business Development Manager at Ajinomoto Bio Pharma Services. He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and began his career as a medicinal chemist at a pharmaceutical company, where he spent five years supporting small molecule drug discovery programs. He later joined Ajinomoto and spent four years in process development, focusing on the AJIPHASE® liquid phase oligonucleotide manufacturing platform and manufacturing technology development. In his current role, Yusaku supports global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies developing oligonucleotide, peptide, and antibody drug conjugate (ADC) therapeutics, helping define manufacturing strategies from early development through commercial supply. His background in medicinal chemistry, process development, and business development allows him to contribute both technical and commercial perspectives to customer projects.
