PeptiSystems develops and commercializes automated synthesizers for process development and commercial-scale manufacturing of peptide and oligonucleotide therapeutics based on flow-through column technology.

Utilizing the flow-through, solid-phase synthesis approach, the instruments are designed to improve performance (yield and purity) while reducing the consumption of solvents and reagents. Integrated PAT tools provide increased control of the synthesis, allowing efficient optimization of process development.

Flow technology allows for linear scalability of the synthesis process. Each synthesis parameter determined during process development can be applied to the larger scale. As an effect, the scale-up process is optimized, resulting in reduced synthesis time and solvent consumption compared to the batch approach.

PeptiPilot®, PeptiPro®, OligoNavigator®, OligoNavigator® Plus, and OligoNavigator® Pro have been on the market since the end of 2021.
