1. The main contact will receive an email from TMRE@reg-informa.com with your Registration Portal Invite.
   • If you need to update the main contact, please email TMRESupport@informa.com.
2. Set up your account using the link in the welcome email from Visit.
3. Log in to the portal, click the Team tab, and select Add Staff.
4. Choose Register Delegate - SPEX passes to register your team members.

Important Note:

• The allotment of passes in your portal is not inclusive of your speakers. Speakers will be registered separately. Please do not use your all-access passes for these roles.

Hotel Booking Deadline: Monday, October 6th

Fraud Alert
It has come to our attention that some TMRE attendees have been contacted by third-party providers seeking to book hotel reservations for attendees at reduced rates. Please be advised that no third-party providers have been authorized by TMRE, Informa Connect or the resorts to provide such services, and any representations to the contrary should be considered fraudulent.

Deadline to Submit Logo: Monday, October 6th

Part of your sponsorship includes onsite branding. Please submit a high-resolution version of your company logo to be included on signage onsite. We prefer the following file types to ensure that your logo is not blurry once printed (.ai, .pdf, or .eps)

Deadline to Submit Exhibitor Insurance: Monday, October 6th

All exhibitors are required to carry exhibitor insurance with coverage up to $2 million, as mandated by the venue. To simplify this process, we have partnered with a trusted vendor offering this coverage for $149. This insurance is mandatory for all exhibitors and must be secured prior to the event. Please ensure that your coverage is in place to comply with venue requirements.

Prioritizing sustainability is critical to the TMRE team, as we understand the environmental impact of the events industry. TMRE strives to identify, understand and address these impacts to achieve continual improvement year after year.

We'll ask you about things like lighting, materials in your booth, how you're shipping your booth, and transportation while your staff is on-site in Orlando with the goal of helping you ascertain changes you can make to reduce your impact on the environment both at TMRE and ideally at all other shows you’re exhibiting in. This survey will take approximately ten minutes.
