Insurance Requirements
All Certificates of Insurance must be received by the Hotel no later than November 26, 2024, or Exhibitor will not be permitted on site. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this transition, and we look forward to a successful event in December!
Below are the requirements for Exhibitor Insurance. As you are aware TMRE has been rescheduled from October to December. In light of this change, all exhibitors who purchased exhibitor insurance will need to provide updated insurance documentation reflecting the new dates and location (see checklist below).
Insurance Requirements:
Commercial General Liability:
- Total Limits of $1,000,000.
- Limits can be satisfied with a combination of General Liability and Umbrella (per Occurrence Limits).
Workers Compensation Insurance:
- Employer’s Liability Insurance of not less than $1,000,000.
- If you have 4 workers or fewer, please provide the Worker’s Comp Exemption letter to the Risk Management Department.
