Exhibitor Insurance is a mandatory requirement for all Exhibitors at TMRE.

Required Coverage:

1. Commercial General Liability:

   • Total Limits of $1,000,000.
   • Limits can be satisfied with a combination of General Liability and Umbrella (per Occurrence Limits).

2. Workers Compensation Insurance:

   • Employer’s Liability Insurance of not less than $1,000,000.
   • If you have 4 workers or fewer, please provide the Worker’s Comp Exemption letter to the Risk Management Department.

Coverage Period:

• Must begin from your first move-in day
• Must continue through your final move-out day
