Booth Standards
The Market Research Event (TMRE) is the premier event for cross-industry insights executives to level up their market research skills, develop high performing teams, push their insights practices and drive bottom-line business results. TMRE attracts industry professionals from across the world and the booth designs should represent and reflect that high business standard. The look and feel of your exhibit space will make a direct impact on attendees on the tradeshow floor. Ensure that you consider factors such as lighting, flooring, layout and customer experience to ensure your space exceeds expectations.
Any exhibits that deviate from the regulations below must be submitted in writing to Show Management at TMRESupport@informa.com and approved prior to move-in. Show Management reserves the right to alter displays for any exhibits that do not conform to regulations. If you are unsure if your design meets our requirements, please send us an email ahead of the show.
Walls, Heights & Sightlines
Each exhibitor is responsible for providing a back wall display that is at between eight (8) feet and ten (10) feet in height (no more, no less). Black drape will be provided to all standard booth packages to create a partition from each adjoining booth. Walls that go above eight (8) feet in height need to be fully finished on the back side in a neutral color (i.e. white or black) with absolutely no logos or branding. Single 3'W pop-up banners are permitted to create a back wall display. An alternative that may be used is a tension-fabric display (or step-and-repeat). Pop-up tents are not permitted for use as a back wall.
Island Booths
Island booth spaces are not required to have a back wall. If the exhibitor chooses to have back wall within their booth space, the maximum height is twelve (12) feet in height. The back side of the wall needs to be fully finished; however, it can include logos or branding.
