Sandeep was responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's reach globally. Under his leadership, the company experienced record sales growth and has transformed into an enterprise-focused organization, streamlining operations and driving efficiencies. Sandeep managed a global team of over 9,000 members in 8 countries, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to customers around the world.

As the Managing Partner of Jeevan Niwas Retirement Village, Sandeep is responsible for opening the first South Asian Retirement home in Ontario. As the requirement for seniors in the South Asian community continues to grow to have their own community that they can call home. Seniors want to have fun and feel wanted. Their basic requirements such as local cuisine, language, socializing, daily activities and staying active are important for them to live a healthy lifestyle.

Sandeep’s vision is to redefine the concept of retirement living for the South Asian community. Jeevan Niwas aims to bridge the gap between the needs and requirements of this community’s members and a residence that is harmonious confluence of wellness, culture and soul enrichment tailored to the individual’s taste and preference. Jeevan Niwas will embrace the joys of retired life such as scheduled meals, religious worship, routine health checkups, evening walks, etc. by going above and beyond to maintain peace of mind, wellbeing and enthusiasm in everyday life.

Sandeep Dhupar's passion for making a difference extends beyond his professional career. He has a strong belief in the power of community involvement and investing in initiatives that make a positive impact in people's lives. As part of this, Sandeep has invested in several start-ups, including United We Care, an online platform for mental health and wellness.

In addition, Sandeep is a valued member of the board for Community Door, a non-profit organization that provides shared space for health and social services, addressing the challenges faced by many not-for-profit agencies of finding and maintaining suitable operating spaces that would be easily accessible for the people they serve.
