Tera Oswald is the Head of Global Portfolio Strategy and Workplace Evolution within Corporate Real Estate (CRE) for BMO Financial Group. Tera joined BMO in October 2020, prior to this move she spent 15 years in public sector with Ontario Realty Corporation and Infrastructure Ontario with the last 5 years in the role as Senior Vice President, Client Advisory & Real Estate Operations based in Toronto. Tera has over 25 years experience in corporate real estate, 10 years in private sector and 15 years in public sector. Tera has deep experience in relationship management, office and special purpose optimization strategy, workplace change and solutions and real estate operations. In her role, Tera is accountable for the global real estate strategy linking new ways of working to inform the future of BMO’s office real estate footprint. Tera holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Western University, Certificate in Professional Excellence in Strategy Leadership from the Schulich School of Business, York University and Certificate in Executive Leadership from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
