Linda is an International Tax and M&A Director at BDO, boasting 17 years of tax expertise. She embarked on her tax career at KPMG and later joined Deloitte South Africa. Her professional journey also led her to roles in Botswana and Zambia, where she gained valuable insights into their respective tax landscapes.

Linda brings extensive expertise in tax matters related to both inbound and outbound investments. Her in-depth knowledge encompasses tax treaty applications and South Africa's controlled foreign companies tax regime. She has also advised a number of South African and foreign clients on corporate acquisitions, restructures and mergers, including doing tax due diligence (buy or sell side) reviews and providing advice on tax efficient structures.

She also provides M&A tax services, covering all stages of the mergers and acquisitions process.
