Alfredo Collosa is a consultant researcher about tax administrations, taxation, cryptoactives, blockchain and Artificial Intelligence with more than 30 years of experience in these topics. He works for international organizations to collaborate with the public sector, and is the Tax Official of Argentina Tax Administrations since 1990 with experience in tax audit and training the task force. He is the author of 15 books and more than 400 publications published in journals, bulletins, and blogs of different organizations about tax, tax Administrations, artificial intelligence, blockchain, cryptoactives, climate change, tax policy, etc. He is a lecturer and speaker in more than sixty national and foreign conferences on tax administration, international taxation and new TICS Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence. Alfredo is a Certified Public Accountant, with a bachelor degree in Business Administration and in 4t: Fintech, Govtech, Regtech, Legaltech. He also holds a Master in Public Finance and Tax Administration (UNED-IEF, Spain) and a Master in Taxation.
