Andrew Ng

VP of Global Tax at MARRIOTT VACATIONS WORLDWIDE

Andrew has been VP Global Tax at Marriot Vacations Worldwide Corporation for over 5 years. He is responsible US and international tax matters including tax compliance and planning for the Company’s businesses in over 40 countries. Together with his team, he has been involved in numerous M&A and restructuring projects and the Company’s response to new tax laws such as Digital Services Tax, DAC-6 Mandatory Reporting, Mexico’s labor law reform, e-Invoicing and Pillar 2 Global Minimum Tax. Previously, Andrew led the international tax group in several public and private companies. He was also a Tax Managing Director serving as tax advisor to clients at a Big 4 firm.
