Dan Teigen serves as Medtronic’s Director of Transfer Pricing, where he holds comprehensive responsibility for Global Transfer Pricing operations, strategic planning, and controversy management. His role is pivotal in ensuring compliance and optimizing the company's financial and tax strategies across various functions, including finance, supply chain, treasury, legal, and IT. With 15 years of transfer pricing experience at Medtronic, he has led the transfer pricing setup of several Supply Chain and IT/AI-driven solutions within SAP, Alteryx and OneSource. Dan also has significant experience in Advances Pricing Agreements, Mutually Agreed Procedures and Transfer Pricing Controversy.

Dan holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Economics, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Medical Industry Leadership. He is also an active member of the Minnesota chapter of TEI.
