Transfer Pricing Director at VERALTO

Fanny serves as Veralto’s Transfer Pricing Director where she is responsible for all aspects of the transfer pricing lifecycle: strategy, execution, compliance and controversy. In this role, Fanny works cross-functionally to mitigate tax exposure and develop efficient customer-centric strategies. Fanny also supports the organization with business restructurings and M&A transactions.

Fanny has over a decade of transfer pricing experience at a Big4 firm and a law firm, both in EMEA and in the US, where she focused heavily on mutually agreement procedures, advanced pricing agreements, and transfer pricing controversy.
