Glen Marku is a Principal in Grant Thornton’s transfer pricing practice in Chicago. He also leads the firm’s transfer pricing group in the Central Region. Glen has over 20 years of economic consulting experience and has assisted many clients with complex structures and intercompany transactions. During his career, Glen has worked with a number of multinational and domestic enterprises in various industries and regions. His work focuses on assisting companies with the analysis and documentation of cross-border transactions. In particular, he has assisted companies with international and inter-state planning and restructuring projects, bilateral and multilateral advance pricing agreements, controversy and dispute resolution, and M&A due diligence. Glen has significant experience assisting Japanese companies in the automotive and industrial manufacturing industries with APA negotiations and other compliance and controversy matters.
