As Vice President – Tax for Solera, the global leader in vehicle life cycle management, Ms. Welch delivers strategic tax planning by working closely with the business entities to drive operational initiatives, as well as leading tax policy, controversy, compliance, and reporting. Previously, she led the global tax function at Texas Instruments. Ms. Welch also served as Tax Executives Institute International President. Now, she serves as Chair of the IRS Advisory Council (LB&I Subgroup), and Secretary of the Texas Federal Tax Institute.
