Linda Mao leads the global transfer pricing function at Univar Solutions overseeing the global transfer pricing compliance, transfer pricing operations, M&A, tax controversies, and intercompany financing arrangements. With over 20 years of transfer pricing and international tax experience, Linda has expertise in various industries for both public and private companies. Prior to joining Univar Solutions, Linda worked at AIG leading their Americas Transfer Pricing function and at the Big Four accounting firms in New York and Boston.
