Nick has over 20 years of in-house and consulting experience in transfer pricing. Nick has developed and implemented global supply chain restructuring projects for companies transforming worldwide business models for business and tax purposes. He has conducted transfer pricing analyses for global documentation, planning and audit defense. Furthermore, he has created and implemented transfer pricing policies in companies’ existing financial accounting and tax reports. He has also been responsible for assessing permanent establishment, exit and transfer pricing risks to calculate tax provisions, minimize risks, and provide assurance for reporting requirements. Lastly, he has also developed value estimates of a business enterprise, intangible assets, or underlying assets for financial accounting and tax reporting purposes. Nick serves a wide range of industries including multinational, publicly traded and closely held, technology, retail, financial, food, medical, automotive, and infrastructure companies. Nick is an active Candidate Member in the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) in Business Valuation. He is progressing toward designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser. Nick is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 3 Candidate seeking the designation of CFA.
