Robert Andrade

Robert A. Andrade is a Director at Hologic, Inc. Robert leads the transfer pricing function at Hologic with oversight of IP migration and planning, tangible good pricing, post-acquisition integration, intercompany legal agreements, quarterly profitability monitoring and adjustment, as well as US and OUS transfer pricing documentation. Robert has over 15 years of experience in transfer pricing, primarily in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Prior to joining Hologic, Robert held various roles in transfer pricing with Eli Lilly and Company, Weatherford, Inc., and KPMG LLP, each with increasing responsibility. Notably, while at Eli Lilly, Robert led the legal entity valuations for the animal health business carve-out and IPO (Elanco Animal Health, Inc.). Robert holds a B.B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas.
