Sirous is a tax professional with extensive experience working in large multinational organizations across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, fintech, engineering, and IT consulting. With a background in companies ranging from $500 million to $15 billion in top line revenue, Sirous has developed a strong understanding of the ever-growing tax challenges faced by multinationals. Specializing in operational transfer pricing, tax planning, and audit defense, Sirous has a track record of helping companies navigate complete tax structures, optimize financial strategies, and mitigate tax exposures. Sirous currently leads the BEPS Pillar II planning for his company. Sirous hold a MS in Taxation from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
