Miguel Medeiros is a distinguished Transfer Pricing specialist with an extensive international career. He began at PwC Portugal and Angola, playing a pivotal role in establishing transfer pricing frameworks in these markets. Later, he honed his expertise at Solvay, gaining hands-on experience in multinational environments.

Subsequently, Miguel joined Puma Energy, overseeing transfer pricing for Africa and Latin America and Asia, which deepened his understanding of tax challenges in emerging markets. Currently, he serves as the Transfer Pricing lead for SOL Petroleum, focusing on the Caribbean region within the oil and gas sector.

Holding a master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance, Miguel is a published author in outlets like Tax Notes and a correspondent for the IBFD. He also advises tax authorities and supports the resolution of complex tax disputes.

Originally from the Azores Islands, Portugal, Miguel enjoys tennis in his free time. He is married and a proud father to a young daughter.
