Tien Phan is an Acting Assistant Commissioner at the ATO, in the Public Groups & International area. She leads the International Tax Structuring specialist team, which is responsible for related party financing, thin capitalisation, hybrids and other international tax issues. Prior to the ATO, Tien worked in various industries and predominately the financial services sector, in London and New York.
