Abhijay Bhatia

Abhijay Bhatia is a Director of Tax Operations and Transfer Pricing at Convatec where he is responsible for all aspects of transfer pricing and tax operations. He is responsible for setting transfer pricing policies, operations transfer pricing, transfer pricing controversy management, APA and MAP negotiations, implementing business restructuring, Pillar 2 and global tax operations activities. He previously worked at Intel Corporation in the USA and the UK for 12 years. Abhijay has an MBA degree from University of Washington-Seattle and a Master’s in Taxation degree from San Jose State University. Abhijay is passionate about solving complex business problems and particularly enjoys using technology to streamline tasks.
