Alona Gavrylova is an International Tax and Transformation Leader with over 15 years of experience spanning Big Four advisory and Swiss multinational enterprises. In her current capacity as Tax Sustainability Lead at Holcim, she serves as the principal process architect for Pillar 2 compliance, Public Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), and global tax transparency strategies across 72 countries and over 600 legal entities.
Alona specializes in bridging complex international tax structuring with modern digital transformation, having successfully architected large-scale ERP tax implementations. Prior to her corporate tenure, she spent nine years at KPMG Luxembourg, managing multi-jurisdictional restructurings, M&A and directing high-stakes tax audit defenses.
A recognized industry expert and an active contributor to global tax policy, Alona chairs the Pillar 2 Group at SwissHoldings, serves as a member of the BAG, and frequently speaks at leading international tax conferences.
