Amrita Jairaj is the Head of International Tax at M&G, where she leads the company's international tax strategy and transfer pricing efforts. Based in London, Amrita has close to 20 years of experience and expertise in managing complex tax and TP issues across multiple jurisdictions. Amrita has worked in advisory firms advising businesses across a variety of sectors on their TP issues and for the last 10 years has been in-house within the financial services sector. Amrita's current role involves overseeing M&G's global tax positions and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations to support the company's business objectives. Her remit covers all aspects of TP from policy development, implementation, documentation, and audit defence. Alongside TP, Amrita is responsible for all material international tax projects within M&G including the impact of overseas expansion, product development and keeping abreast of the ever changing international tax landscape to determine the impact on M&G.
