Ariana serves as Director at EY UK’s Tax Technology & Transformation practice, where she brings a rich blend of experience in Transfer Pricing and cutting-edge technologies. Her current focus is on integrating generative AI into tax processes, Operational Transfer Pricing, and she leads EY UK's initiatives in Tax for Web3 and Blockchain.

Beginning her career as a Transfer Pricing economist, Ariana transitioned to tax technology and innovation. She has supported multinational clients across multiple industries with a wide range of Transfer Pricing and operational Transfer Pricing services working in the UK, Germany and the Czech Republic.

As the Tax Web3/ Blockchain Lead, Ariana has led a pioneering blockchain-enabled pilot project aimed at addressing a long-standing global withholding tax issues in collaboration with leading global banks, asset managers, tax authorities, and academia. More recently, her efforts have concentrated on developing generative AI-driven enhancements for tax processes. She assists clients in fully understanding the potential of generative AI, including its opportunities, limitations, risks, governance, and strategic implications.
