International Tax Manager - Pillar Two at IBM

Arseniy Denisov is an International Tax Manager at IBM responsible for the global implementation of Pillar Two. He has been closely involved in this initiative since its early stages. With more than 20 years of experience in the tax field, he has worked across corporate tax, tax advisory, and multinational tax operations across Europe and Eurasia. Since joining IBM in 2012, Arseniy has led multiple strategic initiatives, including global tax compliance transformations, tax operations and tax audits. Prior to IBM, he held tax management roles at Deloitte and Huawei Technologies.
