Bettina Grothe advises national and international corporations on the structuring of their intercompany business relation. She began her career as an auditor before dedicating herself entirely to transfer pricing more than 10 years ago. In doing so, she was able to build on her extensive insights into all areas of the business processes of companies in various industries and of different sizes, as well as on the corresponding understanding of the connections between accounting and taxes, which she gained during this time. Bettina Grothe is Transfer Pricing and Tax Partner at Forvis Mazars in Berlin.

In addition to the structuring of transfer pricing models, her areas of expertise include, for example, the assessment and quantification of transfer pricing risks in the course of due diligence processes, optimisation along the value chain and the development of defence and negotiation strategies in the context of tax audits, as well as advice on the implementation of DEMPE concepts.
