Brigitta Béres-Molnár

Head of the Transfer Pricing, APA and TP MAP Division at HUNGARY MINISTRY OF FINANCE

Brigitta is the Head of the Transfer Pricing, APA and TP MAP Division of the Ministry of Finance in Hungary. She has been working in international taxation and transfer pricing for more than 15 years, in her previous role, she worked as a senior transfer pricing expert at EY. She is a certified tax advisor and has a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Corvinus University Budapest and also attended Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. Currently, there are 5 people in her team working on the transfer pricing legislation in Hungary, concluding APAs and conducting the transfer pricing MAP cases. Brigitta is also a delegate in OECD’s working party 6 discussing Amount B and will be the vice-chair in the working party for the Transfer Pricing Directive in the Council of the EU - as Hungary will be the upcoming President of the EU from 1 July 2024.
