Head of Tax Advisory and Transfer Pricing at LSEG

Carolina is the Head of Transfer Pricing and International Tax at LSEG. Carolina is responsible for formulating group transfer pricing policies, providing transfer pricing technical expertise in relation to M&A, changes to business models, business restructuring, transfer pricing controversy and APAs, and for delivering transfer pricing compliance for the group globally. Carolina also leads the global tax advisory function at LSEG. She is responsible for developing a global tax strategy while effectively managing risk from cross-border and local country tax perspectives. Prior to joining LSEG Carolina was a Director at PwC in the UK, where she was involved in advising clients across different industry sectors in transfer pricing matters for15 years. Carolina is an Economist Cum Laude from the University of Buenos Aires.
