Cedric Bernardeau has more than 30 years of experience working with clients on all aspects of transfer pricing disputes and advising supply and value chain operating model matters. He has extensive knowledge ranging from mid-market transactions to large public and private equity-backed deals across multiple industries.

Mr. Bernardeau’s areas of expertise include pre- and post-merger integration and extraction planning, business segment centralization and tax and transfer pricing. Additionally, he specializes in structural planning, global transfer pricing policy structuring, operationalizing and documentation and intellectual property offshore and onshore planning. He has worked across a variety of industries, including professional services, technology, life sciences, consumer and industrial products, manufacturing and healthcare.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Bernardeau was a managing director at Kroll, where he advised companies in the more sophisticated areas of transfer pricing, including intellectual property valuation, expert witness advisory and value chain analysis.

Previously, Mr. Bernardeau was a partner at EY, where he led transfer pricing engagements and advised on clients’ global and regional structures, including both traditional supply chains, as well as digitally-evolved business models focusing on IP alignment, business model transformation and value chain analysis.
