Ciaran leads transfer pricing for Lloyds Banking Group, a UK-based financial services group spanning banking, insurance and a range of other financial services. His current role involves managing the group’s transfer pricing risks from both a tax and regulatory perspective. His previous work, both as an advisor and in industry has focussed on transfer pricing within the financial services sector and on financial transactions. Ciaran is a Chartered Accountant and holds the Advanced Diploma in International Tax.
