Tax Specialist – Transfer Pricing at IKEA

Derya has 20+ years of global transfer pricing experience across advisory and in-house roles. She began her career with Ernst & Young (EY), where she had the opportunity to work out of the offices in Los Angeles, Irvine, Shanghai, and Rotterdam. Her first in-house experience was with RHI Magnesita, the largest player in the refractories industry with operations in 40 countries. Now, she is part of the global tax team at Inter IKEA, the owner and global franchisor of the IKEA brand, where she manages and supports all aspects of transfer pricing for the group. Throughout her career, Derya has helped multinationals align their transfer pricing models with evolving business structures, strengthen risk management, and build scalable transfer pricing frameworks. She holds an MBA (cum laude) from the University of California, Los Angeles.
