Donata has over 17 years of experience in the tax, finance and accounting areas. Currently she supports the companies by taking over interim executive positions for finance teams, including tax teams. Her previous permanent roles include two in-house positions: the global tax director role at Zalando and the VP Finance role at EMnify. In those roles she took care of tax restructuring, automation, tax proceedings, certification of the tax compliance system, operations, as well as tax litigation and M&A. She also has 9 years of experience in the advisory and project management at PwC. She holds Master of Law, Master of Arts and Executive Master of Business Administration's titles.
