Duncan is RSM UK’s lead transfer pricing partner, based in our London office. Duncan has over twenty years of transfer pricing experience, at both Big 4 and mid-market firms. Over this time he has been involved in just about all types of transfer pricing projects in a wide range of industries in that time, from policy setting, support and defence, to Advance Pricing Agreements with tax authorities, business restructurings and OECD consultations on their Transfer Pricing Guidelines. Sectors that Duncan has particular experience with include software and technology, betting and gaming, pharma, manufacturing, and professional services. Duncan is solely focused on transfer pricing, helping businesses to be confident that their transfer pricing policies and support are robust at a time of increasing tax authority focus.
