Director of Transfer Pricing at VIASAT

Enrique Rayon is the Director of Transfer Pricing at Viasat, where he leads the company’s global transfer pricing function. His responsibilities include transfer pricing planning for the group’s international business segments, implementation of policies, and compliance. Prior to joining Viasat, Enrique worked in public accounting and with a global economic consulting group advising clients across numerous industries on a multitude of transfer pricing issues including international tax planning, compliance and controversy resolution, global structuring and reorganization of international operations, intangible property tax planning, and multinational company mergers and acquisitions. Enrique holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Southern California and is a speaker on transfer pricing at conferences and seminars worldwide.
