Fabio De Angelis

Fabio De Angelis is the Vice President, Global Head of Tax at Temenos, where he leads the global tax function with responsibility for all tax matters including international tax strategy, transfer pricing, tax controversy, and tax transformation initiatives.

He brings more than 30 years of international experience across Europe and the US, having previously held senior tax leadership roles at eBay, Philip Morris International, Altria, Nestlé, and STMicroelectronics. Fabio is particularly recognised for building high-performing teams and leading tax function transformation through technology, governance, and strategic business partnering. Throughout his career, he has led complex international restructurings, transfer pricing transformations, APAs, tax controversy matters, and tax-efficient M&A transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

A recognised leader within the international tax community, Fabio is a former President of the EMEA Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute and currently serves as faculty member of the Executive Program in Transfer Pricing at the University of Lausanne.
