Flora leads RSM’s specialist tax risk and governance team and leads on our software-as-a-service offering RSM Tax InSight. Having trained in the Big 4, Flora’s previous role was as head of tax at a FTSE 250 business. Here she made herself unpopular by insisting on some very material transfer pricing adjustments. Due to her industry background, Flora is passionate about practical solutions to the real tax issues faced by tax and finance teams. In considering her clients’ tax governance needs, she has increasingly become interested in how they can leverage technology, which may be the biggest challenge and opportunity facing tax professionals today. She is also passionate about the tax function learning and using best practice risk management, in order to fully integrate tax risk within overall business risk.
