Global Head of OTP Software Program at EXA AG

Dr Frank Schoeneborn is the Global Head of EXA AG's Operational Transfer Pricing Software program which includes functional developments, enhancements and implementation projects of EXA AG's SAP Add-on Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) automation software. In addition, he coordinates co-operations and alliances with SAP implementations partners and tax consulting firms worldwide, as well as driving EXA AG's business development for OTP automation in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA environments. Before joining EXA AG, Frank was a Partner with a Big4 in Germany for five years and advised clients on OTP aspects based on the professional inhouse experience gained through working 17 years in industry. The advisory focus was on organizational interfaces, cross-functional processes and IT Systems and how to implement TP policies in daily business. He is author of several leading practice articles on OTP and a frequent speaker at national and international conferences for corporate tax and finance. He holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering and a PhD in Managerial Control and System Dynamics.
