Profile
Gabriel Fuenmayor is Tax Partner which Heads the UK Transfer Pricing practice. He has over 20 years of international experience advising multinational groups on transfer pricing matters across more than 50 jurisdictions. His expertise spans the full spectrum of transfer pricing, including the design of pricing policies and models, planning, operational implementation, risk management, valuations, audits, business restructurings, integrations, documentation, M&A, and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Gabriel played a key role in developing transfer pricing practices at PwC in Spain and Venezuela, as well as at BDO UK. He also worked in PwC’s New York office and spent several years in industry as Global Chief Economist for Transfer Pricing at Siemens’ headquarters in Munich, where he led the design of the group’s global transfer pricing model, established governance processes for pricing and documentation, operationally implemented transfer pricing policies, and managed major transfer pricing controversies with tax authorities worldwide.
Gabriel has vast experience in diverse industries such as TMT, Healthcare & Life Science, Consumer & Retail, Energy (renewable and none renewable), Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Hospitality & Leisure, Online gaming, Non-Profit / Charities, Sports & Entertainment, PEs and VCs, among others.
Gabriel hold a degree in Economics and is a frequent speaker at international tax and transfer pricing conferences. He combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic and innovative approach to solving complex international tax challenges.
